Owen Peeters highlighted Little Chute wrestling action last week. The freshman earned a 14-2 major decision win over Denmark’s Gavin Zellner in the 113 lb. match as the Mustangs fell by a 56-22 score.
After the Little Chute Mustangs girls basketball team got only a point in their matchup with Freedom last week, Addi Daelke made sure the Mustangs offense got going last week against Waupaca.

After a successful softball run with Team USA, Griffin Boucher is headed to Arizona softball after graduation. He will spend his college years as their team manager as he looks to coach in the near future.
Three Kaukauna football players are taking their talents to the best conference of all Division 3 football. Danny Poor, Sawyer Steineke and John Neumann will add to some of the current area grads already representing the area in the conference.
Sadie Campbell led the way for the Kimberly girls wrestling team as she earned one of the team’s three wins in their matches with Neenah last week. Cambell won by a 10-2 decision in the 152 lb. weight class.
Deyten Magnussen stepped up for the Little Chute Mustangs in their road loss to West De Pere last week. Magnussen scored 14 points in the team’s 63-55 loss to West De Pere.
Kimberly alum and current UW-Stout football player Will Hammen highlighted last week’s alumni accomplishments at the college level. The junior earned All-American honors last week on special teams.
The Kimberly Papermakers wrestling team took sixth at the Wickersham Memorial Christmas Classic last weekend as the team was split up for two weekend tournaments in Beaver Dam and Oshkosh. The Papermakers scored 304 points in Beaver Dam.
