The Kaukauna wrestling season has started in dominating fashion. After a decisive conference win over Oshkosh West, the Ghosts won Pool A during the Howard Manley Duals over the weekend in East Troy.
The Kimberly girls basketball team didn’t quit in their first game at the new Neenah gym last week. The team overcame to a four point deficit late before forcing overtime as they fell by one in the new gym.
Despite losing a big senior class from last year’s squad, the Kaukauna wrestling team aim to continue their dominant success as they look for another conference title and run at state this season.
Senior Addi Daelke provided a scoring boost for the Little Chute Mustangs girls basketball team despite the team suffering another loss. The senior scored 14 of Little Chute’s 21 points in their 63-21 loss as she shot 5-for-11 from the field with four three pointers.
Junior Kate McGinnis helped provide a scoring punch for the Kimberly Papermakers girls basketball team. McGinnis hit four threes in the second half to help the Papermakers get their first win of the season over Brookfield East last Saturday.
